Yes, anytime from the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then downgrades to Free, your domains and addresses are never deleted.
No. Email content is never stored. We only log metadata, sender, recipient, subject, and timestamp, for your history view, retained per your plan window.
Outbound sends are blocked until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. Inbound emails over the limit are logged but not forwarded.
